Last year was our first time. We discovered the Salon du Bon with curiosity, supported by a vibrant community of artisans and committed chefs. This year, we return with conviction. Because this event is not just another trade fair — it’s a statement. A collective manifesto for good sense, quality, and the joy of doing things well.
A different kind of fair
Founded by chef Thierry Marx, the Salon du Bon brings together artisans, cooks, producers and designers who share a common demand: that of the right product, crafted with care, rooted in its region, and respectful of the living world.
At KOMET, we fully identify with this mission. Making tableware is not just about creating objects: it’s about shaping a frame for what nourishes — in every sense. A way to enhance the culinary experience, to give it a tangible and emotional form.
What we’ll be presenting this year
For this 2025 edition, we’re bringing a selection of new pieces:
– glazes inspired by earth, plants, and organic textures
– forms designed for delicate dishes, bold plating, and spontaneous use
– and always, the desire to blend beauty and function, in dialogue with chefs and their environments
We’ll also showcase custom projects developed this year with committed culinary houses such as L’Enfariné du Roc and Le Moulin de Cambelong, highlighting how ceramics can adapt to each gastronomic story.
Why it matters to us
Taking part in the Salon du Bon means defending the idea that handmade objects belong at the highest level. That they can be useful, sustainable, and deeply meaningful.
It’s also about building lasting relationships with professionals who, like us, want to move away from industrial norms.
And above all… it’s a celebration. A celebration of taste, ideas, and genuine craftsmanship.
We hope to see you there.
